All products are made to order. We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur depending on screens and production processes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order, you agree that you are making an offer to purchase our products.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in euros (€) and may be changed at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information.
5. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Because each design is made to order, please allow 1–2 business days for production.
Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 4–6 business days on average, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
As products are made to order, returns are only accepted in the case of a defective or damaged item.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@petitdejandcrafts.com within a reasonable timeframe including photos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the claim has been reviewed.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
