RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order from Petit Dej' and Crafts. If there is any issue with your order, please read our policy below.
1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (FREE REPLACEMENT)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not in perfect condition, we will replace it free of charge.
To be eligible, you must contact us at hello@petitdejandcrafts.com within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once your claim is approved, we will resend your item at no additional cost or offer an appropriate solution.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection (size, design, etc.)
- Personal preference after delivery
3. REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The item is confirmed as damaged or defective and cannot be replaced
- A replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors once the order has been shipped. However, we will always assist you in resolving any delivery-related issues.
